Dear Sir/Madam,

On behalf of Baltic Hub Container Terminal Sp. z o.o., I would like to invite you to participate in the tender procedure concerning [xxx].

All details regarding the procedure and requirements of the Contracting Authority can be found in the documentation attached to this Request for Quotation, namely:

  • General Terms and Conditions  - T&C's

Please submit your offer within the specified deadlines via the LOGINTRADE platform.

As part of your offer, please provide the documents/information indicated in section 7.7 of the RFQ.

Bidders may submit an offer for one or all parts of the contract, in accordance with the division presented in the tender documentation.

Should there be any discrepancies with Baltic Hub’s requirements, please include in your documentation alternative solutions/parameters and provide a list of deviations from the requirements, which will be reviewed by Baltic Hub during the subsequent stages of the procedure.
